                Teams belonging to federated football clubs, football schools and legally constituted football academies may participate in the “Mallorca International Football Cup” Tournament. The tournament will be governed according to the rules of FIFA and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF). These regulations refer to football 11, football 8 and Futsal competitions.<\/p>\n

                The person in charge of each team will receive copies of the list of players from the organisation. Thirty minutes (30′) before each match, one of these lists must be handed to the field delegate indicating the bib number that the players will wear during the match.<\/p>\n

                All players must identify themselves with a valid federation licence, ID card, passport or other official document proving age with a current photograph. All teams are obliged to carry with them for each match the documentation of all team members proving their identity (ID card, passport, identity card…).<\/p>\n

                All players in the tournament will be accredited with a coloured wristband, certifying their year of birth, before the start of the competition.<\/p>\n

                Wearing this tag will be compulsory in order to participate in the matches. All participants’ bracelets will be checked before the start of each match.<\/p>\n

                  It is permitted for a player registered in the tournament to participate in two teams of the same club as long as they are of different categories and the registration procedure indicated in article no. 12 is followed.<\/p>\n

                  * In the U16 Female category (2006 – 2007) the registration of up to 2 players from 2005 is allowed.<\/em><\/p>\n

                                  Final round matches that end in a draw will be decided directly by 3 penalty kicks, without extra time, in accordance with FIFA rules.<\/p>\n

                                  Football 11<\/strong><\/h6>\n

                                  A team may enter a maximum of 20 players and a maximum of 3 members of the coaching staff in the match report. Substitutions are allowed on a rotational basis, i.e. a substituted player may re-enter the field of play. Substitutions must be made on a maximum of three occasions per team, in addition to half-time, and may be used to their advantage when the opposing team requests permission to make changes. In no case may a team have an additional changeover time, for example, if one of its players is injured after its three changeover times have been used up. All substitutions must be made from the centre of the field, with the referee’s permission and when play is stopped.<\/p>\n

                                  Football 8<\/strong><\/h6>\n

                                  Se pueden utilizar un m\u00e1ximo de 16 jugadores en cada partido. Likewise, a maximum of three people from the coaching staff may register in the minutes. Substitutions will be allowed on an unlimited rotation basis, that is, it will be possible to re-enter the field of play.                                   FOOTBALL<\/strong><\/h6>\n

                                  A maximum of 15 players can be used in each match. Likewise, a maximum of three people from the coaching staff may register in the minutes. Substitutions will be allowed on an unlimited rotation basis, that is, it will be possible to re-enter the field of play. All substitutions must be made from the center of the field, asking the referee for authorization and when the game is stopped and the substituted player has left the field of play.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”7. Minutes” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All the minutes of the tournament will be done by computer and under the system and program of the tournament (on-line). For this, the team delegates must provide the people of the organization with the OFFICIAL PLAYER LIST with the corresponding numbers, 30 minutes before the start of the match. It will be mandatory to know before the start of the match the participation of players and coaches who will be registered in the minutes and thus be able to sit on the bench. Likewise, it will be recommended by those responsible for the team, the final review of the minutes, to check the result and the match cards together with the field delegate.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”8. Kits” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All jerseys will have numbers and these must match the match record. The numbers must be placed on the back. In case the uniforms coincide, the visiting team (2nd in the game statement) must change their jersey. The color of the teams’ kits can be consulted on the website. If the coincidence of colors persists, the organization will provide bibs of a different color, which the visiting team must wear.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”9. Fields of play” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All fields are artificial grass.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”10. Timeliness” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  The schedules will be strictly rigorous. Teams must arrive at the sports facility at least 1 hour before the start of the match and be ready 10 minutes before the start of the match. If this is not the case and the organization understands that there is no cause that will justify said non-appearance, the match may be considered lost by the offending team with a result of 3 \u2013 0.<\/p>\n

                                  The decision will always fall on the Competition Committee. The breaks of the Football 11 games as well as those of Football 8 will have a duration of 4 minutes. All breaks must be taken on the playing fields.<\/p>\n

                                  5 minutes before the start of each match, the two teams will be ready in the access tunnel to the field to parade out together with the match referee. At the signal of the referee they will leave in two lines behind him and before making the field draw they will make two lines facing the stands and a sports salute will be made.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”11. Disciplinary sanctions – Disciplinary regime” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  The player who was expelled from the field of play for a direct red card will be suspended for one or more matches or expulsion from the tournament (depending on the cause of expulsion). The player who accumulates three yellow cards throughout the Championship will be suspended for the next match. These cards are cumulative throughout the tournament and the cards will not be removed in subsequent phases. Only reaching the final of the Gold and Silver Final Phase tournament is the accumulation of cards forgiven. The direct red card will always be punished, even in any of the finals of both phases mentioned.<\/p>\n

                                  The player who has a sanction of one or several games will not be able to play any game in any category until the sanction is fulfilled in the category in which he is registered. All this, even if the disciplinary offense that is the reason for the sanction occurs in a match of a different category than the one in which the player is registered.<\/p>\n

                                  Football 11:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

                                  If a team is down to 6 players, the match is suspended and the resolution of the match is pending before the competition committee of the tournament.<\/p>\n

                                  Football 8:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

                                  If a team is down to 5 players, the match is suspended and the resolution of the match is pending before the competition committee of the tournament.<\/p>\n

                                  Fairplay:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

                                  In the event of a tie and as the fourth qualifying criterion, the accumulation of cards will have a negative value when qualifying (Fair Play), having a value of 1 point for each yellow card, 2 points for a double yellow card and 3 points for every straight red card. The sum of these points will only and exclusively be done through the organization’s sanction reports. This classification can be consulted on the tournament website.<\/p>\n

                                  If a team demonstrates a violent attitude during the competition (incorrect protests against arbitration decisions, confrontation with team managers and especially with members of the organization, etc.) it may be automatically expelled from it. All cases of serious expulsion will be reported to the National Federation of the affected player’s country.<\/p>\n

                                  The team delegates will be responsible for the attitude and behavior of their players towards the referees, teammates, opponents, the public, the organization and the materials of the sports facilities (changing rooms, benches, pitches…).<\/p>\n

                                  The organization will inspect the locker rooms before and after each game with each team delegate to certify that said locker rooms are used correctly. In turn, he will sign that in the event of any damage to the benches, changing rooms or playing field, the delegate, the team and the person who produces such damage or damage will be responsible for them.<\/p>\n

                                  The teams that show a passive attitude in the matches and allow themselves to lose the match or matches in order to qualify for the PLAY OFF SILVER will be expelled from the tournament.<\/p>\n

                                  Players from the same club who play in different categories:<\/p>\n

                                  Each player, regardless of whether he plays in one or more categories, may only be registered in one of them, always meeting the age requirements of article 3, for said category.<\/p>\n

                                  In order to play in a second team (always from the same club), the coach must present before the start of the match -and following the indications of article 7 of the regulations-, the “List of players” where said player is registered and register the player in the match report.<\/p>\n

                                  In no case, a player may play in another team of the same club and of the same category in which he is registered.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”13. Referees” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All the matches of the Tournament will be directed by the referees belonging to the College of Referees. The referee and the organization will be the highest authority on the field of play. Both will have the power to stop or suspend a match in case of seeing unsportsmanlike attitudes in one or both teams, or inappropriate behavior in the public that may interfere with the proper development of the match and the tournament. Both the final result of the match and the disciplinary resolution of the facts will be the task of the Competition Committee.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”14. Claims” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  Claims must be submitted in writing to the person in charge of the field, before 60 minutes have elapsed since the end of the match in question. No claim will be collected after this time. The claim fee (50 Euros) will be paid at the same time it is delivered to the field delegate. The claim fee will be refunded if the claim is accepted. All claims will be resolved by the Competition Committee, and their resolution will be communicated to those responsible for the teams involved by the Tournament Sports Directorate. The Organization will not accept protests derived from the arbitration action.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”15. Competition Committee” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  The Competition Committee is an independent body from the Sports Directorate of the Tournament. This Committee will analyze all the incidents of each day, adopting the corresponding disciplinary decisions. All sanctions will be published on the Tournament website. The most serious or urgent sanctions may be communicated to those responsible for the affected teams by the Sports Directorate of the Tournament. All decisions of the Competition Committee are final and all participants must respect these decisions without exception.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”16. Game show” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the match schedule, both in terms of group division, schedules and playing fields. The information of the changes will be notified to the person in charge of the team. All modifications will be posted on the Internet and this will be the official way in which the organization makes said modifications.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”17. Balls” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All football 11 matches will be played with a size ball 5. In the football 8 categories, a size 4 ball will be played. The organization will not leave balls for the warm-ups prior to the match, therefore, each team must bring balls to carry out the warm-up exercises.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”18. Insurance” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All clubs\/teams must have their players insured on and off the pitch. <\/p>\n

                                  The organization has sports accident insurance, this insurance covers injuries caused on soccer fields. The soccer fields have a first medical assistance service to deal with any possible incidents that may occur. Sanitary transfers will be carried out by a private Ambulance Company.<\/p>\n

                                  The tournament will not be held responsible in case of theft or damage to its property, injuries, illnesses or accidents outside the sports practice or other actions of the public authorities or transportation organization due to protests \/ vagueness.<\/p>\n

                                  The tournament is not responsible for the damages that the participants may cause to themselves or to third parties during the event.<\/p>\n

                                  Each participating club is responsible for its members and confirm that all registered players are in optimal condition and do not suffer from any injury or illness that prevents them from participating in the tournament.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”19. Database” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  All participants registered on the official platform of the tournament are required to fill out the data protection form, have it signed by their legal representatives and deliver it to the organization before the tournament. Through this you will give consent for the processing of data. Participation in the event authorizes the organization of the event to use any graphic reproduction of the participants during the tournament.<\/p>\n

                                  Players and\/or clubs that do not present the image rights authorization before the start of the competition will not be able to participate in the \u201cMallorca International Football Cup\u201d tournament.<\/p>\n

                                  [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”20. Modifications” _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

                                  Any circumstance that has not been reflected in the regulations is the exclusive responsibility of those responsible for the organization, their decisions being unappealable, reserving the right to add, modify, interpret and apply the rules according to their criteria and the needs of each tournament. “Mallorca International Football Cup” reserves the right to modify these rules for the benefit of the competition.<\/p>\n

                                  All modifications made to these regulations will be communicated in writing on the official website of the tournament.<\/p>\n
