Optional Bus Transfer
For the teams participating in the Mallorca International Football Cup tournament with the official accommodation offer of the event, the Organization offers an optional Official Coach Service in collaboration with the company Emilio Seco for all the activities and matches of the tournament.
*National and foreign teams may optionally hire the tournament’s official transportation service for their travel during their stay, but they must travel within a radius of 1 to 30 km of the tournament. during their stay, but it must be taken into account that they must move within a radius of 1 to 30 km from the airport, hotels and tournament airport, hotels and tournament venues in the municipality of Calvià.
1 – FLAT FARE BY SHARED BUS: 55€ / Person.
Teams wishing to share transportation with other participating teams during the tournament. Transfer schedules will be adjusted to the teams’ game schedules.
*The organization reserves a margin of 2 hours round trip to coordinate the simultaneous transfers of one or more teams.
2 – PRIVATE BUS (Capacity for 55 or 25 people).

- Pick up and transfer from the place of arrival in Mallorca (Airport or Port of Palma) to the chosen accommodation in Palma or Calvià.
- Transportation to all official games of the tournament.
- Transportation to all official tournament activities.
- Pick up and transfer from the accommodation in Palma or Calvià to the place of return (Airport or Port of Palma).
- VAT 10%.

Terms of payment
DEADLINES
1st payment – Team fee + 600€ accommodation booking if applicable
(15 days from registration).
2nd payment – 100 € per person (before January 15).
Final payment – Remaining installment* (Before March 1).
* Remaining amount of accommodation, transportation or complementary activities.
CANCELLATION COSTS
Equipment fee NON-REFUNDABLE
Cancellation of reservation before February 1: 100% REFUND
Cancellation of reservation before February 15: 50% REFUND
Cancellation of reservation from February 15: 100% CHARGE
